I am a fully qualified and insured personal trainer with over ten years' experience covering NW Kent, but particularly Dartford/Gravesham and the Medway areas.


I work with male and female clients (18 and above) within their own homes or at local parks/recreational areas.


Available Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 8.00am until 2.00pm. I have a range of portable exercise equipment and I will vary your sessions to not only expand your repertoire but also ensure you and your body don't get too bored.  Our sessions can also include nutritional advice if required.
